Windows UpdateWindows Update is a free service provided by Microsoft to help keep your computer up to date. The more up to date you are, the smoother things should run. Once it gets fully loaded you can choose to do an "Express Install" or a "Custom Install". The express install will only give you the critical updates, while the custom install will let you choose from other updates as well. Either one is fine. If you haven't run Windows Update in a long time, it may take a while for the updates to all get loaded. In the future, I recommend running it once every 2-3 weeks. |
